Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs in both individual and group settings
- Participate in school meetings, consultations, and program development as needed
