Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP licensure or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs in both individual and group settings
• Participate in school meetings, consultations, and program development as needed
