What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current CA SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are welcome
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilites:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy in group and individual settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district guidelines
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
  • Support students with diverse needs, adapting services for a range of speech, language, and social-communication disorders
