Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
• School-based experience is highly valued, but open to candidates eager to work in educational settings
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with students, families, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy services and consultations as needed
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes
