What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Arizona licensure, or ability to obtain before the start date
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred, though motivated new grads welcome
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other support professionals
- Passion for delivering differentiated support to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with school and state standards
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language intervention individually and in small groups
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and services
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide guidance to educational teams
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to promote carryover of strategies across settings
