Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
- Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for children of diverse backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy in both one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support goal achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
