This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant seeking either full- or part-time onsite work, based on your preference. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping PreK–12 students reach their fullest potential, both academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow).
  • Valid Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • SLPA candidates also considered.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels.
  • Create and implement individualized therapeutic interventions and IEP goals.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services onsite.
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, state, and district protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and student support sessions.
