What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or SLPA credential)
• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
• Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and related student support activities
