Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP in the state
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings is preferred
- Comfort working with diverse student populations, including PreK-12th
- Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing effective therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing constructive input
- Providing guidance and support to classroom staff on strategies that foster communication skills
- Helping foster an inclusive, interactive, and growth-oriented environment
