Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP in the state
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school settings is preferred
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations, including PreK-12th
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing effective therapy tailored to individual student needs
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing constructive input
  • Providing guidance and support to classroom staff on strategies that foster communication skills
  • Helping foster an inclusive, interactive, and growth-oriented environment
