Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC certification
  • State licensure (or eligibility for acquisition)
  • Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to tailor evidence-based therapy approaches to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
  • Support education teams with strategies and resources to optimize classroom communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings and related professional development
