Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure (or eligibility for acquisition)
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to tailor evidence-based therapy approaches to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Support education teams with strategies and resources to optimize classroom communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and related professional development
