Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as required
  • Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong diagnostic and therapy skills for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation
  • Educate and support staff and families on strategies for success
  • Adapt and tailor therapy to a diverse student population
