Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Relevant state licensure required
  • Proven experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently to address student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans tailored to IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and group formats
  • Regularly monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, faculty collaborations, and IEP development
  • Guide and educate teachers, staff, and families on strategies for supporting student development
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric and educational speech-language services
