Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in a supportive school setting. Beginning immediately and extending through June 17, 2027, you’ll make a tangible difference working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, typically from 8 am to 4 pm. With an average workweek totaling 37.5 hours, you will focus on consultation rather than case management—empowering educators and students through your expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and certification required for SLPs in school settings
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with K-12 populations, ideally within an educational setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation-based speech-language services to a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students, supporting their academic and social growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to design and implement effective strategies
  • Conduct assessments and participate in team meetings as needed, offering insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Serve as a resource for language and communication development, ensuring each student’s needs are addressed
