Speech Language Pathologist in Monon, IN

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Will also consider Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA)
• Licensed or eligible for appropriate state licensure
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but strong CFYs/new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with school-aged children

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
• Contribute to IEP meetings and offer ongoing support for academic achievement
• Work onsite in a supportive school community for the full 2026-2027 school year
