Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Monroe, GA

Make an impact in a dynamic elementary school setting, providing essential Speech-Language Pathologist services for students in a full-time, onsite role. This is an exciting contract opportunity, starting as soon as possible and continuing through late May 2027, where your expertise will support developing communication skills that shape academic and social success.

Your skills in delivering speech-language therapy, strong collaboration, and adaptability will be crucial as you work with a diverse student population. You'll assess and develop individualized treatment plans, work alongside teaching staff and families, and maintain accurate documentation, helping students achieve their goals in the school environment.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification required
• Experience delivering therapy in school settings, ideally with elementary-aged students
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to thorough documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress for a full elementary caseload
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and consultations as needed
• Provide resources, training, and guidance to teachers and parents to support student success
• Ensure timely, accurate record-keeping and compliance with district and state regulations
