School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Monterey, California

This school-based Speech-Language Pathology role is open to both SLPs with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, providing valuable experience in a collaborative education environment near scenic Monterey, CA.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Valid state licensure or eligibility (as required for school speech therapy practice)
• Open to both CCC-SLPs and CFY candidates
• Familiarity with the IEP process and experience in school settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s goals
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key contributor
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress and services rendered
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster positive student outcomes
• Deliver both direct and consultative services across a diverse caseload
