This position, located near Montgomery Creek, CA, seeks both licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). Elementary school schedules offer flexibility, with typical hours between 8:00 am and 3:15 pm and earlier dismissal for younger students—giving you options to shape your workday to fit your lifestyle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California license as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • For SLPAs: Ability to practice under the supervision of a credentialed SLP
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering communicative growth in diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for a caseload of 15-20 students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapeutic services across Pre-K through high school (SLP); SLPA’s caseload focused primarily on elementary students with supervision support
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with district policies
  • Communicate regularly with families, staff, and administrators regarding student needs and progress
