Primarily stationed at one campus, you may have the opportunity for a dynamic, itinerant position serving multiple school sites in the North, Northeast, or South side of the district. Openings are available for experienced SLPs and for Clinical Fellows eager to launch their careers in a supportive educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (open to candidates completing their CFY)
- Flexibility to work at assigned site(s) within the district
- Commitment to fostering communication and learning for students of varying backgrounds and abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services directly to students, working closely with teachers, families, and support personnel
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt to evolving caseload needs and varying age groups as assigned
