Exciting contract opportunity available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to make a real difference supporting students for the remainder of the school year. This full-time role runs from the end of April through the last day of school and is conveniently located near the Monticello, MN area.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to engage collaboratively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other special education staff to provide comprehensive support
- Document progress, maintain student records, and complete required reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions focused on student growth
