School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Monticello, Minnesota

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role beginning October 14th and continuing through the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and expertise, helping children achieve meaningful improvements in communication and learning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure in Minnesota (Master’s degree required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy
• Strong understanding of school-based SLP best practices, assessments, and interventions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to consult effectively with educators, families, and other professionals

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the academic setting
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participation in IEP meetings
• Engage with families, providing updates and strategies for home support
