Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CFY, or relevant state certification)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with students, families, and school teams
  • Familiarity with IEP process and special education regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for progress monitoring and compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
