This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, to use their expertise in both onsite and teletherapy settings. Candidates will be working collaboratively across multiple schools and supporting student success from early childhood through adolescence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Level II Educator Certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to evidence-based therapy, progress monitoring, and IEP development
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and communication
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and comply with all state, federal, and district regulations
- Provide teletherapy services as needed, depending on student caseload and school requirements
- Mentor and support Clinical Fellows as part of a supportive team environment
