Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP License and ASHA Certification (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates with school, pediatric, or healthcare experience
- Aptitude for collaborating with educators, families, and administrators
- Comfort working across multiple school buildings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Adaptability and creativity supporting the evolving needs of students
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate on student progress
- Deliver therapy services suited to individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Consult with teachers, parents, and related service staff to promote student growth
