Key Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado CDE license and SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) mandatory
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments highly desirable
  • Open to both certified clinical fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to coordinate services
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Serve as a resource to school staff and parents regarding communication disorders
