Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
- Previous experience in schools preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities in collaboration with educators and families
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech services
- Deliver evidence-based direct therapy—both group and individual sessions—tailored to diverse student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and state/federal compliance forms
- Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language development and support strategies
