Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state
• Previous experience in schools preferred but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities in collaboration with educators and families
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech services
• Deliver evidence-based direct therapy—both group and individual sessions—tailored to diverse student needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and state/federal compliance forms
• Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language development and support strategies
