School Speech Language Pathologist - Montrose, CO

What we’re looking for:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
• Recent experience working with at-risk youth and students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong skills in performing speech/language evaluations and assessments
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptable for in-person or virtual service delivery

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Maintaining thorough documentation and student records in compliance with regulations
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educators and families
• Providing support, consultation, and resources to school staff and parents
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
