You’ll provide direct therapy, collaborate on individualized education programs, and foster positive communication outcomes—all while building strong relationships with students, teachers, and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY applicants
  • Prior experience with elementary-aged learners is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEPs alongside teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Deliver both direct therapy sessions and classroom-based interventions
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation and progress notes
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and team conferences
