This flexible contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate SLP interested in working full-time or part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Pay ranges from $45 to $55 an hour, commensurate with years of experience and education.

Your background in pediatric speech-language pathology, whether you are a seasoned CCC-SLP or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), will enable you to help students achieve their communication goals. Previous experience in healthcare, school-based, and pediatric settings is highly valued.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility for licensure
  • School-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in assessment and intervention for a diverse school-aged population
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
  • Deliver therapy services in individual, small group, or classroom settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
