Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Montross, VA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia
• Skilled in pediatric speech-language therapy across a range of needs
• Experience or certification in a school setting (SLP – School, SLP – CCC, or SLP – CFY)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to helping students achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEPs and student goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes in compliance with educational standards
• Support students’ social-emotional and academic success through effective therapy
