Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current VA SLP license (Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year applicants welcome)
  • Experience supporting children in schools or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
  • Passion for advocating for students’ educational and social needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique requirements
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
  • Provide consultative support to staff and parents regarding communication strategies
