Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
- Work in a K-5 elementary school setting with different age groups.
- Manage a speech caseload of 66 students.
Experience:
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field required.
- Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Dates: August 6, 2026 – May 20, 2027
Caseload: Elementary (K-5), 66 speech students
Location: Montross, VA 22520
Pay: $45 to $58 an hour based on experience
