Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Relevant experience working with elementary-age students preferred
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide both direct therapy and classroom-based support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
