Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Relevant experience working with elementary-age students preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide both direct therapy and classroom-based support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
