A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current SLP certification and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized speech and language services within a school setting. This position is based in Monument, CO, offering a dynamic environment to support students' communication development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Monitor and report student progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with current state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Experience providing SLP services in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities in a contract setting
