Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- State licensure for Speech Language Pathology
- Experience with school-aged populations, K-12, strongly preferred
- Comfortable delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- SLPA supervision experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy services for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Maintain and document service delivery and progress in compliance with school and district standards
- Communicate student progress and strategies to educational teams and parents
- Supervise and support SLPA staff as needed
