Start the school year alongside fellow professionals on August 3rd. The primary need is for SLPs who will work primarily with elementary-aged students, handling caseloads of around 50. There are also openings across all grade levels, so professionals with experience or interest in different age groups are encouraged to apply. Those with SLPA credentials may also submit applications for consideration in the near future.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Recent or relevant experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
- Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Flexibility to thrive in dynamic school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for mostly elementary caseloads; other age groups available
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Track progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, psychologists, and families to support student success
