This position is open to accomplished professionals as well as enthusiastic new graduates ready for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and support to students with diverse speech and language needs, making a difference every day.

Qualifications:

  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Knowledge of IEP process and data-driven intervention strategies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other disciplines to foster student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
