This position is open to accomplished professionals as well as enthusiastic new graduates ready for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and support to students with diverse speech and language needs, making a difference every day.
Qualifications:
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEP process and data-driven intervention strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other disciplines to foster student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide direct and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
