Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for CO licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for helping students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services and conduct group sessions as appropriate
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and faculty regarding communication disorders
