Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Monument, CO

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings valued, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with evaluation, assessment, and development of individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a varied caseload
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records for all students
• Serve as a vital resource within the specialized student services team
