Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school-based settings preferred

- Strong commitment to student development and inclusion
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on communication strategies and best practices
