Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience with school-aged students preferred, especially at the middle and high school levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the educational mission of the school community
• Adapt and tailor intervention strategies to meet individual student goals and academic success
