Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mooresville, NC

Embark on a fulfilling contract assignment providing vital speech-language pathology services at both elementary and preschool sites near Mooresville, NC for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, 40-hour per week position offers the chance to work directly with students, making a difference in their communication and educational success. Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid North Carolina SLP License or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or status as Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Proficiency with evaluations, direct therapy, documentation, and collaboration
• Ability to provide services across elementary and preschool age groups
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students according to IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records in ECATS and ensure compliance with Medicaid documentation
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Offer support and guidance to help students achieve educational milestones
• Rotate between two school sites, managing a diverse caseload and addressing a variety of speech and language disorders
