Elementary Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mooresville, North Carolina

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP-CCC licensure
• State certification to practice as an SLP in North Carolina
• Prior experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct effective assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to a diverse elementary school caseload
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Work in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reevaluation reports
• Offer guidance and promote communication skills within the school environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support
