  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs in accordance with educational standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication needs for referred students
  • Develop individualized plans of care and monitor progress toward IEP goals
  • Deliver speech/language interventions individually and in groups
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Provide guidance and resources to families and staff regarding communication development
