A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting students in a school-based setting. This contract position offers full-time hours—35 to 37.5 weekly—and is ideal for professionals eager to make a direct impact on children’s communication skills. The assignment is based onsite (no teletherapy) and involves collaboration with a dedicated educational team.

Qualified candidates should bring expertise across the areas of speech-language pathology within a pediatric and school context, including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for students with varied speech and language needs. Specific caseload information will be provided as details are finalized.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active California SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with the assessment and development of IEPs for students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
  • Comfortable working full time onsite; virtual therapy is not an option

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and interventions to students in various grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student
  • Partner with teachers and caregivers to support educational and developmental goals
  • Contribute expertise during team meetings and serve as a resource on communication disorders
