Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Leading engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s speech and language goals
  • Meticulously monitoring and documenting student progress
  • Collaborating effectively with educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated care
  • Actively involving and educating families in the therapy process, fostering a holistic approach to student growth

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
  • Active licensure from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
