Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain in California
  • Experience in a school-based setting highly valued

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as needed
  • Administer evaluations and interpret assessment results
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and other service providers
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
