Key Qualifications:
- Current California SLP-CCC required
- Demonstrated experience with virtual/teletherapy service delivery
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Familiarity supporting both elementary and high school populations
- Preferred: Current credentialing for immediate placement
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy via virtual platforms
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by educational standards
- Participate in virtual meetings and offer coaching to parents and school staff
- Foster a positive, engaging online therapy environment for all students
