Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- Valid or eligible Speech-Language Pathology state license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Experience in educational settings or a strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to support student needs
- Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including on-site and teletherapy
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
