Looking for a rewarding, short-term summer role with a great schedule? Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Morgan Hill, California for a concise Extended School Year (ESY) program running from mid-June to mid-July!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly supportive environment and help students across a diverse age range (Pre-K through Post-Secondary) maintain their progress over the summer break. What You'll Do

• Provide engaging, direct speech and language therapy services to students ranging from preschool to post-secondary during the summer ESY program.

• Implement existing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals to prevent the regression of communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with summer educators, parents, and the special education team across various age levels.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• Active California SLP license is required.

• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC); Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply!

• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a wide range of ages and developmental levels.
