Ideal candidates possess strong experience in a school-based setting and have an active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Deliver targeted therapy, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and empower students to overcome communication challenges that affect learning and social development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience providing speech-language services in K-12 schools, ideally with younger learners
  • Strong assessment and individualized education program (IEP) development skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs

Role Duties:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for elementary-aged students
  • Write and manage IEPs; develop personalized therapy goals
  • Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Track student progress and report results to parents and staff
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other service providers
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
