Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Hold an active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or be eligible to apply
  • Comfortable assisting with IEPs, treatment implementation, evaluations, and report writing
  • Passion for working in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • School experience welcomed, but not a requirement; supportive onboarding available
  • Ready to work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in conducting assessments and delivering interventions for students
  • Assist with IEP procedures, including documentation and attendance in meetings
  • Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with educators and families
  • Ensure all services and interactions uphold high professional and ethical standards
