Key Qualifications:

  • Active or eligibility for Arkansas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) or related credential (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY)
  • Experience with assessments, treatment, and documentation in a school or pediatric setting is valued, though not required
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with SLPs, general educators, and other service providers
  • Ability to contribute to IEP development and participate in meetings
  • Organized and reliable, able to manage caseload and adhere to documentation requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Assist supervising SLPs with delivering therapy and intervention services for students
  • Support IEP implementation, progress monitoring, and report writing
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders
  • Help administer assessments and collect data as part of ongoing evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state documentation and confidentiality requirements
