Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Eligible for or currently hold an Arkansas SLPA license (or be able to apply)
  • Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, assessment, treatment, and documentation
  • Effective communicator and a collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational and report-writing abilities
  • Open to candidates who have completed their CFY or are seeking SLP-CCC roles
  • SLPA school experience welcomed

Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs with IEP preparation, progress reports, and meetings
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services under supervision
  • Conduct student evaluations and participate in treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt sessions and materials to fit individualized student needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
