Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid, active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans alongside a supportive school team
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress records for each student on your caseload
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer collaboration and in-class support to teachers and staff as you help create an inclusive learning environment
