This role is dedicated to supporting PreK-12th grade students across Minnesota by providing essential speech-language pathology services in a collaborative, virtual environment.

Desired Background:

  • Active or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
  • At least 2 years of prior school-based experience
  • Comfortable with remote platforms and basic technology (computer, webcam, reliable internet)
  • Liability insurance with 500K/500K annual coverage (can be acquired before start)
  • Experience with or strong interest in pediatrics, teletherapy, IEP planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a diverse school-age population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication needs
  • Provide both direct and indirect therapy services virtually
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Monitor progress and document services in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in virtual meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
