Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP License (active or pending)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
- 2+ years of prior school-based SLP experience
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms & basic tech proficiency
- Ability to pass technical screening and meet internet requirements
- Annual liability insurance coverage of $500K/$500K
- Open to SLPs, SLP-CFY, and SLPAs with relevant school or healthcare experience
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support progress
- Document and monitor student development and outcomes
