Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (or related field)
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and basic computer technology
- Liability insurance (minimum 500K/500K coverage)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to PreK–12 students remotely
- Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and key stakeholders
- Monitor student progress toward language and communication goals
