Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (or related field)
• Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience
• Proficient with teletherapy platforms and basic computer technology
• Liability insurance (minimum 500K/500K coverage)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to PreK–12 students remotely
• Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and key stakeholders
• Monitor student progress toward language and communication goals
